CASE STUDY #1

Situation

Client required support in the development and administration of a proven methodology in order to support and assist their members in their day to day activities while employed on post.

Action

JJ Communications prepared a five day Behavioural Based Interview, Debriefing and Elicitation (IDE) training program with complete lesson plans to include PPT graphics, word text and video recording.  JJC also prepared and developed practical IDE training exercises with role players based on the clients cultural needs and course scenario.

Result

The Communicate with Insight - Behavioural Based Interview, Debriefing and Elicitation (IDE) course proved to be an effective and objective tool for utilizing behavioural assessment in a legally defensible environment.  The unique application of a behavioural based methodology provided valuable insights in order to understand and explain behavioural factors, their relative strengths and potential limitation; as well as analyze and compare the behavioural factors of an individual in relation to a specific role.  The IDE training has been identified by client's members on post as a valuable tool to them during their employment on post.

CASE STUDY #2

Situation

Client require increased understanding of the concept and value of diversity, examine participants understanding of cross-cultural awareness, foster an enhanced sentiment of respect towards the diverse nature of today's workforce and build skills in cross-cultural communication.

Action

JJ Communications conducted a comprehensive needs analysis with the clients representatives in order to customize, redesign and facilitate a one day "Cross-Cultural Diversity @ Work" workshop.

Result

The participants were able to recognize effective cultural business protocols and were equipped with a comprehension understanding of both business and social customs of the different nationalities with whom they are engaged.

CASE STUDY #3

Situation

A major bank VP District Manager wanted to increase his ability to better communicate and better understand the needs of his Regional Managers in order to increase his teams performance.

Action

JJ Communications developed and conduct an off-site workshop/retreat session in order to create a secure environment for Regional Manager to increase their awareness within the field of Human Behaviour and create a new level of understanding when interacting with others.

Result

The Regional Manager learned ways to encourage team members and utilize their natural talents and abilities for greater results and better work place relationships; hence celebrating there difference vs tolerating there differences.  Due to the success of the workshop/retreat session, Regional Manager were able to duplicate the teaching within their respective bank and reduce the day to day anxiety/stress and increase productivity.
